Ambient Villa is pleased to present to you our exclusive offers, which will include daily transportation from and to the airport in Bucharest and also entertainment offers, such as trips organized in the surroundings, with tourist guides in many foreign languages.
For New Years Eve 2012 - 2013 we offer you the entire villa (for 12 persons) at the following rates:
5000 euro / villa / 4 - 6 nights / 12 persons
The accommodation period will be settled according to your schedule .
We offer you a traditional dinner (traditional buffet) for a fee of 85 euro / person. Kids younger than 12 years will pay only half price for dinner.

- Hog’s pudding, pig’s trotters jellied in aspic, sausages, brawn, pork rind, traditional bacon, pastrama, fat, haricot bean puree, zakouska, red onion, mixed pickles
2.Traditional Plate
-grilled pork, grilled chicken wings, grilled, chicken thighs, skewers, mici with potatoes and sote mushrooms and with horseradish red beet salad
3. Sauerkraut rolls with bacon, polenta, with cream and chili peppers
4. Dessert: cake, fruits
5. Rustic tchorba soured with borsch

For advanced bookings there will be a 50% payment from the total sum until 01.09.2012, and the rest will be paid until 01.10.2012.
Minimum stay is set at 2 nights.

The serving service is made by the hotel’s qualified staff.
All the dishes and pottery are traditional.
The sheperd’s cellar
It contains local, traditional products, prepared by our chefs, which every guest can taste, along with his favourite drink: hog’s pudding, brawn, sausages, pastrami, bacon, lard, pork cracklings, zakouska (spicy vegetable dish), ewe’s milk cheese, Telemes cheese, red onion, cucumbers, tomatoes, pickles, home-made bread.
The rustic gazebo may be the perfect place to try the other dishes, prepared by our chef:
- Pork / Chicken peasant sour soup
- Balkan Dish:
-Moldavian style meat stuffed sauerkraut rolls with maize bread and cream
-Sheperd’s mixed skewers, grilled traditional sausages, pork nape
-Baked potatoes
- Mixed pickles
For dessert we recommend a home-made fruit cake.
